1. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order? Because every item at OK Fashion is made to order, our delivery time has two parts:

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days (to print and inspect your item).

  • Shipping Time: 3–6 business days (for US orders) or 7–20 days (for International). Most US customers receive their order within 5–10 business days after placing it.

Where do you ship from? We work with fulfillment centers in the USA and Europe. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to you to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may take 10–20 business days to arrive depending on customs.

2. Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit? Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you when you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please be sure to check the Size Guide on every product page before buying to ensure the perfect fit.

What if my item arrives damaged? We stand by our quality. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at ahmadsadiqi222@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We will send you a free replacement or issue a refund immediately.

3. Product & Care

How should I wash my printed clothes? To keep your designs looking fresh for as long as possible:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out.

  • Use a gentle cycle with mild detergent.

  • Tumble dry on low heat (or hang-dry for best results).

How do I choose the right size? Every product page includes a detailed Size Chart. We recommend measuring a hoodie or t-shirt you already own and love, and comparing those measurements to our chart.

4. Orders & Tracking

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes! As soon as your order is printed and shipped (usually 2–5 days after purchase), you will receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders very quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to make a change, please email us immediately (within 2 hours of ordering). Once the printing process has started, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
